Delete a subscription

You can delete duplicate or unnecessary subscriptions in the Redox dashboard.

• A user must be assigned to an engineer role to manage connections (i.e., create or delete subscriptions). Learn about user roles.
• Log in to either a development or staging environment. The self-service option is disabled for production environments.

1. Log in to the dashboard.
2. From the navigation menu, click the Connections page.
3. All your connections display on the page. Click the connection with the subscription you want to remove.
4. The Subscriptions tab opens. On the subscription you want to delete, click the Settings link.
5. The Settings page opens. Scroll down to the Delete Subscription section and click the Delete button.

   Why is the Delete button disabled?

   The delete option might be disabled if:

   • You don’t have the right user role assignment. Learn about user roles.
   • Your organization has already migrated to production. Talk to your Technical Account Manager to delete production-level assets.
