Check transaction usage

Track your organization's successful production transaction usage for any Redox product(s) you use. Learn more about transaction usage.

Review transaction usage charts

  1. Log in to the Redox dashboard.
  2. On the navigation menu, your username displays at the bottom. Click your username for the user menu to appear.
  3. From the user menu, select the Transaction Usage option.

  4. Use the Product and Month filters to view the data you want to see. For historical data, you can view your organization's historical usage up to a year, depending on when your product contract started.

  5. On the Current month chart, review the total number of successful messages during the selected month. You can view the total transactions by number and percentage of your monthly transaction volume.
  6. On the Transaction volume chart, select which connection you want to view. You can select one individual connection or all connections.
  7. On the Connections with highest usage chart, review the total count of transactions broken down by connection. You can view total transactions for a connection by number and percentage of your monthly usage.

Export transaction usage data

  1. If you want to export the data, click the Export button at the top right.
  2. Use the Product, Connection, and Date Range filters to define the data.
  3. Once you've filled out the filters, click the Export CSV button.

  4. The CSV file downloads with these fields:
    • Product: The name of the product that the transactions are associated with.
    • ConnectionId: The identifier of the Redox organization that the transactions are associated with.
    • ConnectionName: The name of the Redox organization that's tied to the connection ID.
    • StartDateTime: The beginning of the time window for the total count of transactions.
    • EndDateTime: The close of the time window for the total count of transactions.
    • Count: The total number of transactions within the time window for the selected product and connection.
