Each user in a Redox organization can view and edit the following user settings in the Redox dashboard:
- user name
- phone number
- multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Redox dashboard password
- These instructions are for non-SSO organizations. Single sign-on (SSO) organization members can only edit their user name. No other fields are visible.
- Log in to the dashboard.
- Click your username at the bottom of the navigation menu.
- From the user menu, select the User Settings option.
- The User Settings page opens.
- Follow the instructions to view user settings.
- Click in either the name or phone fields to edit them.
- Click the Save Changes button.

- Follow the instructions to view user settings.
- If you don’t have MFA enabled, a banner displays at the top with a warning that MFA hasn’t been enabled. Click the Enable MFA method button. If MFA is already enabled, look for the Multi Factor Authentication section to make changes.
- Under Preferred method, select the radio button for either text message or phone call.
- Enter the country code, then enter the phone number.
- Click the Send Activation button to finish enabling MFA.

- Follow the instructions to view user settings.
- Under the Change Password section, enter the new password.
- Enter the password again in the Confirm Password field.
- Click the Update Password button.
